ADHD Mama Life ("we," "us," or "our") provides 1:1 life coaching services for moms with ADHD. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through adhdmamalife.com (the "Site") and our coaching services, how we use it, and the choices you have. ADHD Mama Life provides life coaching services only. This Site and our services are not a substitute for therapy, mental health counseling, medical advice, or diagnosis. Information We Collect
Information you give us directly:
Contact information you provide by email, text, or phone (name, email address, phone number, and the content of your message).
Information you submit when booking a free consultation.
If you become a client: information in your signed coaching agreement, billing information, and information shared during coaching sessions.
Responses to the VIA Character Strengths Survey, which is hosted by the VIA Institute on Character (viacharacter.org) and is subject to their own privacy policy, not this one.
Responses to the Executive Skills Questionnaire, which is collected through Google Forms and is subject to Google's privacy policy.
Client portal account information, session scheduling, and related records, which are managed through Bloom.io, our third-party coaching practice platform. Bloom.io's handling of your information is subject to their own privacy policy. Information collected automatically:
Standard technical information collected by our website host, Squarespace, such as IP address, browser type, device type, and pages visited.
Analytics data through Google Analytics, which helps us understand how visitors use the Site.
Advertising and tracking data through a Meta (Facebook/Instagram) pixel installed on the Site, which helps us understand ad performance and may be used to show you relevant ads on Meta platforms. Meta's use of this data is governed by Meta's own privacy policy.

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies, including those associated with Squarespace's built-in analytics, Google Analytics, and the Meta pixel described above. You'll see a cookie notice when you first visit the Site. You can control cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics tracking using Google's browser add-on, or manage how Meta uses your data for ads through your Meta ad preferences settings.

To understand how people use the Site and improve it.
To measure and improve our advertising.

How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information with the third-party service providers named in this policy (Squarespace, Google, Meta, Bloom.io, and the VIA Institute) only as needed for them to provide their services to us, and as governed by their own privacy policies. We may also disclose information if required to by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of ADHD Mama Life or others.
Data Retention
We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including to maintain client records, meet legal or accounting requirements, and resolve disputes.
Your Choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@adhdmamalife.com.
You can opt out of analytics and ad tracking as described in the Cookies section above.
If you're a California resident, you may have additional rights under California law regarding your personal information; contact us at hello@adhdmamalife.com to make a request.
Children's Privacy
This Site and our coaching services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. This is subject to change as our services evolve.
International Visitors
This Site is based in the United States and information we collect is processed in the United States. If you are visiting from outside the United States, please be aware that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect the information we collect, including relying on the security practices of our service providers (Squarespace, Bloom.io, Google, and Meta). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Effective date" above reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
