1:1 ADHD Coaching for Moms Who Are Done Feeling Behind

You're not lazy.
You're not a mess.

You're not failing at motherhood despite the daily shame spirals that have you convinced.

You're overwhelmed and working against your brain.

Together, you will rewrite this narrative and find new ways of being that work for YOU.

What Is 1:1 ADHD Coaching?

1:1 ADHD coaching is a partnership between you and a trained coach who supports you to build systems that work with your ADHD brain instead of against it.

Unlike therapy, coaching is forward-focused: less "why," more "what now."

I have spent over 1200 hours in coach training courses with ADDCA and am in the process of becoming certified. This is not the average life coaching course. We are specifically trained to support people with ADHD and to coach the person in front of us in a way that prioritizes and emphasizes strengths.

Sessions are one-on-one, private, and built around your actual life. Not a generic productivity planner pulled off Pinterest.

You Are Not Failing. You're Overwhelmed And Working Against Your ADHD.

That's the whole philosophy, actually.

Most of the advice out there for moms with ADHD was written for someone else's brain. Someone without Rejection Sensitivity Dysphoria (RSD) flaring every time a text goes unanswered, without the 4pm wall, without constantly missing appointments from time blindness, without the particular chaos of trying to parent while time moves in ways that make no sense to you.

Coaching starts from a different place: your brain isn't broken. It's just been trying to run on an operating system it was never built for. We find the ones that actually fit.

Who Is ADHD Coaching For?

This is for you if:

  • You're a mom with ADHD (diagnosed or self-suspected. You don't need a formal diagnosis to start)

  • You're tired of systems that work for everyone except you

  • Rejection sensitive dysphoria (RSD) makes small moments feel enormous

  • Time blindness means "I'll do it in five minutes" turns into two hours, every time

  • You want to feel focused and intentional instead of scattered and reactive without becoming someone you're not

What's Included When You Work With ADHD Mama Life

Every 1:1 coaching relationship starts with an orientation session which includes conversation and education to understand how your brain actually works and have shared language.

Before that first call, you'll complete the VIA Character Strengths Survey and Executive Skills Questionnaire Created by Peg Dawson & Richard Guareso in order to build from what's already working, not just what feels broken.

From there, sessions are built around:

  • A neuroscience-informed framework for understanding your specific ADHD patterns

  • Real conversation, not a worksheet or predefined plan. Sessions are structured to leave room for what's actually going on that week

  • Shame-proofed check-ins, so an off week doesn't derail the whole process

  • A way to accomplish goals that doesn't rely on willpower or motivation showing up on command

Coaching Is Not Therapy.

ADHD coaching and therapy solve different problems, and a good coach will always be honest about which one you need. Coaching is forward-focused and action-oriented, built for building systems and momentum. Therapy addresses clinical mental health needs and processes the past. Many clients benefit from both, and coaching is not a substitute for mental health treatment.

If what you need right now is clinical support, I'll say so. And I can help you think through what to look for.

About Your Coach

Hi, I'm Kim. Before I was a coach, I spent ten years as a lead teacher in early childhood education, which means I've watched a lot of brains work in a lot of different ways. While teaching, I started my first business in 2014 and I've been coaching and consulting small business owners since 2020, and I'm now completing dual certifications through ADDCA and PAAC (family specialization), building toward full certification.

I started ADHD Mama Life to challenge the status quo of what it means to be a mother. Because I believe that we don’t have to be everything to everyone, but that we do hold the answers to our own questions already. I’m here to help you listen to yourself.
