What is ADHD coaching for moms?

ADHD coaching is a one-on-one partnership that looks forward. You bring what’s making your days hard. Together we figure out what works for your brain, then we try it.

Willpower doesn’t work.

Instead:

  • You pick the topic for each call.

  • We get curious about how your brain actually works. I ask things like “What has worked for you before, even a little?”

  • You make the changes. I support you while you do.

Things moms bring to our calls:

  • 🧍‍♀️ Getting started when your body won’t move

  • 🔄 Getting back on track after an interruption

  • 🗂️ Systems that fit how you really live

  • 💛 Making room for you in a day full of everyone else

No diagnosis needed. I coach. I don’t diagnose or treat. Diagnosed or just wondering? You’re welcome here.

and we’ll talk through whether this fits.

“Kim is an amazing ADHD coach!!

She’s helped me recognize a lot of unhelpful thought patterns I’ve been stuck in and develop tools to help manage some of the tough spots in my life. Like who would have thought a few months ago that I could actually get out of the house in the morning with 4 kids ON TIME with everyone (myself included) laughing and smiling??

ADHD coaching is a game changer, highly recommend it!
Thank you Kim!!”

How ADHD coaching for moms works with Kim

One mom told me, “I wake up ready to start my day and I just can’t physically move.” Another said, “I’ll do it tomorrow. And then tomorrow becomes never.”

If that sounds like your week, and the overwhelm has slid into burnout, here’s exactly what working with me looks like. No surprises.

What you get

9 sessions completed in
12 weeks. $1,200.

That’s enough room to try something, watch it fall apart, and adjust.

Sliding scale pricing and payment plans available.

Moms tell me things like:

  • “If I know what’s going on in my brain, I already feel 90% better,”

  • “I just need to be a teeny bit ahead. A meal ahead, or a day ahead. Not a whole week.”

Not a Mom? I also coach women diagnosed or suspected ADHD. Learn more here.

How payment works

  • All payment is done online.

  • Half is a non-refundable retainer that secures your spot. It’s due before our first call.

  • The other half covers your calls.

  • If you cancel, you get back the cost of any calls we haven’t had yet.

  • There are no refunds on the retainer, on calls we’ve had, or on no-shows.

  • Need to move a call? Rescheduling is allowed.

  • There’s no guarantee. Coaching is a series of experiments, and you’re the one running them. I am here to support you but cannot promise any specific outcomes.

Parenting a little one with ADHD?

Starting December 2026, I’m adding coaching for families with kids from preschool up to age 6, as I begin ADDCA’s child and family intensive.

Meet your ADHD life coach,

Kim

Kim, founder of ADHD Mama Life Coaching, smiling

A coach who gets your ADHD mom brain, because she has one too.

I was already diagnosed when I became a parent. I thought I knew my brain. What I didn't know was that motherhood would dismantle every coping system I'd ever had all at once. The vicious cycle of overwhelm, being on edge, falling apart, and the guilt spiral that never seemed to stop. I wasn't a bad mom. I was constantly dysregulated. Through therapy and coaching, I identified what needed to change and how to move forward.

Supporting people to be their best selves has always been important to me. My own struggles brought me to ADHD life coaching. As of July 2026 my basic training has been completed and I am working towards completing my practice coaching hours to become certified. Then in November 2026 I will begin 30 weeks of advanced training in the Fundamentals of ADHD Coaching for Families.
