A free class for moms with ADHD in Santa Clara County
You're not broken. Your brain needs another way.
Does this sound like you?
The dishwasher is clean, but you keep forgetting to empty it.
You feel like every other mom has their sh*t together but you're hanging on by a thread.
The email has been open in a tab since Tuesday.
The permission slip is on the counter where you put it so you would see it, and you have seen it, about forty times.
You’re out of undies, and a clean load sat in the washer too long so now it smells.
You know exactly what you need to do, but cannot get yourself started.
Then the kids are home, the window closes, and the guilt shows up right on schedule.
That freeze has a name, and it has a reason.
In this class I use a proven framework to support you in finding a different way in, together.
What we'll cover in this ADHD workshop
What your brain's management system is responsible for and why "just start" is asking for the one thing it struggles with most.
Executive function, in plain language.
Perfectionism, mental hyperactivity, rejection sensitivity, ADHD paralysis, and time blindness. Naming them is half the relief.
Bring the task you have been avoiding.
We will work through it.
The masks that keep you stuck.
A coaching approach to task initiation: pick one frozen thing, run a small experiment, and see what your brain actually responds to.
Collecting data instead of shame.
What you'll walk out with
→ A clear picture of why you freeze, in words you can repeat to your partner.
→One experiment to try this week on a real task from your real life.
→A room of moms who get it, and a coach who has been there.
Who is Frozen to Started for?
→ moms with ADHD, diagnosed or self-identified, who are tired of the guilt loop and want something practical.
X this class is educational and coaching-based. It does not replace therapy, and Kim is not a doctor. If you are looking for diagnosis or medication support, a licensed provider is the right next step.

Meet your coach, Kim
Hi, I'm Kim. I'm an ADDCA-trained ADHD coach, a former early childhood educator, and an ADHD mom of a 2020 baby. I am also a dog lover and a reality show addict, so if you want to talk Below Deck, Summer House, or SLOMW before class, I am in.
I built Frozen to Started because the advice I got for years was some version of "just do it," and my brain does not work that way. Coaching gave me a different way in: understand the brain, work with it, and test what actually helps. That is what we do in this room.
ADDCA (ADD Coach Academy) is the longest-running training program built specifically for ADHD coaching and is accredited by the International Coaching Federation.
